Normal service hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you select emergency and it is not an actual emergency, you will be charged $75 service fee. An emergency is an issue that threatens the safety one's life. By clicking this box, you agree to these terms, and give Alliance Property Management of MI LLC permission to contact you at any time, by the contact info given in this form..

Before submitting a request for no heat, please check the following... Have you:

1. Replaced the batteries in your thermostat?

2. Changed your furnace filters? (filters must be changed monthly during the heating season.)

3. Verified that your utilities are on?
 

A $75 service fee will be charged if you do not check these items before submitting a maintenance request.

Before you submit a request for sewer or plumbing back-ups, please be aware that you are responsible for  maintaining the plumbing  & drains after 30 days.
